Luxurious Five Star Hotel in Dublin City
Full Mechanical & Electrical Package consisting of HVAC, Plumbing, & BMS.
Mastertech worked closely with the Main Contractor (Parsons), the location of works was on every level of the hotel. The project was split into 2 phases, as the hotel remained operational throughout this project.
- Mastertech supplied & installed 2no. new Trane chillers, this
included the procurement of craneage to lift the chillers into place. - Mastertech supplied and installed 2no. Remeha P520 Boilers on the
basement level. - Mastertech supplied and installed 3no. Wilo pumps and installed in
the basement. - 6no. Mitsubishi air conditioning units were supplied and installed by
Mastertech.
- A complete electrical package was supplied and installed by
Mastertech, this included the wiring of all fire smoke dampers and
new smoke detectors to the risers at each bedroom. - 212no. New Lennox Fan Coil Units were installed to serve each separate room, to replace the older existing units. New LPHW and
CHW pipework and valve sets for each riser was included in this
installation. - Mastertech supplied and installed all new ventilation ductwork,VCD’s. 370no Safegard fire smoke dampers were included in this installation.
