Mastertech worked closely with the Main Contractor (Broomfield Construction), the location of works was in 6no. Primary Site Locations (Medical Ward 1, Medical Ward 2, Day Services Ward, Mental Health Ward, ICU Extension and CCU Extension.
- Navan Hopital was a Design & Build Project for Mastertech. We worked closely with other trades to co-ordinate all sites and produce suitable designs of Pipework, Ductwork, Ventilation and Air Conditioning.
- Alterations to existing mechanical services to accommodate new extensions and new buildings. This included rerouting of pipework, Supply and Installation of new Water Services Pumps, Boilers, Plate Heat Exchangers and Hot Water
Cylinders. - Mastertech Supplied and Installed a New Daikin VRF Air Conditioning and Heat Recovery System to meet specification.
- A total of 9no. Outdoor Condensers were installed on the Roof Level and Ground Floor Atrium.
- These condensers piped to 3no. VRF Systems consisting of 62no. Indoor AC Units. 14no. Heat Recovery Units were installed to Aid the VRF System in Heating & Cooling.
- Supplied & Installed all new Ventilation Ductwork, VCD’s, Grilles, Louvres and Fire Dampers.
- All new equipment installed by Mastertech was commissioned by our specialists, commissioning certs were compiled into an Operation & Maintenance Manual ready for handover to the Client.
