Dublin Office Refurbishment
Full Mechanical & Electrical Design & Build Package consisting of HVAC, Plumbing, Lighting, Security, Fire Alarm & Data.
Mastertech worked closely with the Main Contractor (MAC Group), the location of these works were on the Ground and Second Floors.
- Alterations to existing systems to accommodate new layouts.
- Removal of all redundant equipment.
- Supply and Installation of new pipework routes to serve Tea Stations and Shower Rooms.
- Supply & Installation of new Wall Mounted AC Unit and Condenser for the Comms Room.
- Complete Electrical Package including power supplies for all
New Mechanical Devices and Equipment, Supply & Installation
of Lighting Fixtures, Security Systems, Fire Alarm and Data
Cables. - A full Water Treatment was carried out consisting of a system flush and re-chlorination of the system.
- All new equipment installed by Mastertech was commissioned
by our specialists, commissioning certs were compiled into an
Operation & Maintenance Manual ready for Handover to the
Client.
