Full Mechanical package consisting of HVAC & Plumbing.
Mastertech worked closely with the Main Contractor (Flynn’s), throughout this project.
- Mastertech supplied & installed supply and extract
ductwork serving new shower blocks and the new
kitchen on level 2. Fire rated ventilation ductwork
was installed in the kitchen as part of this project. - Mastertech supplied and installed new fire dampers
and VCD’s where required on the above ventilation
ductwork. New fire dampers were all linked back to a new panel. - Mastertech supplied and fitted 1no. ACV new hot
water cylinder, 1no. new Tricel cold water break tank
and 1no. new Wilo water booster all fitted into the
existing basement plant room.
- Mastertech supplied and installed new pipework
which included mains water, cold water and hot
water services. Testing and commissioning was also
completed by Mastertech. - A new system of LPHW & CHW pipework was
supplied and installed by Mastertech, which included
new radiators. - Mastertech supplied and installed 3no.new Systemair fans and relocated 40no. existing fan coil units. 3no. new fan coil units were also supplied and installed.
