Design & Build Package for New Offices
Project Duration: 6 Weeks
Full Mechanical & Electrical Design & Build Package for HAVAS’ New Offices in Cuffe Street, Dublin.
Mastertech worked closely with the Main Contractor (MAC Group), to execute the project as efficiently as possible. The location of the works were on the Ground, First & Third Floors.
- Works commenced on Havas with the strip out of all redundant equipment.
- Mastertech made modifications to existing ductwork and installed new ductwork to suit the new layout & VRF System. This included new Primary & Secondary Ductwork, Volume Control Dampers, and Fire Dampers.
- All Grilles and Louvres were supplied and installed by Mastertech.
- Mastertech supplied and installed a new Daikin VRF System, including Outdoor Condensers, Indoor Units and Refrigerant
Pipework.
- Mastertech installed power wiring to all new Mechanical
Equipment and associated devices. - A full water treatment was carried out including Flushing of Pipework, Dosing and Chlorination.
- All new equipment installed by Mastertech was commissioned by our specialists, commissioning certs were compiled into an Operation & Maintenance Manual ready for Handover to the Client.
