SCOPE: Full Mechanical package
The Guinness Enterprise Centre (GEC), established in 2000, stands as Ireland’s premier entrepreneurial super hub. As a catalyst for innovation and entrepreneurship, GEC provides a dynamic environment for startups and established companies alike.
In its quest to continually improve its facilities, the GEC embarked on a mission to enhance its infrastructure with a full mechanical package, including HVAC, plumbing, and sanitary ware, spanning an ambitious 8-month timeline.
The GEC required state-of-the-art mechanical systems to ensure an optimal working environment for its diverse community of entrepreneurs and engaged Mastertech to support their plans.
The project’s strict 8-month duration demanded meticulous planning and execution to minimise disruptions to GEC’s daily operations. Mastertech worked closely with the Main Contractor (Flynns), the location of works were on the Ground, Third, Fourth & Roof Levels.
Our multidisciplinary team of mechanical engineers, plumbers, and sanitary experts collaborated closely to design and implement the mechanical package. The project was meticulously phased to accommodate GEC’s operational needs and minimise downtime.
The successful implementation of the full mechanical package enhanced the GEC’s infrastructure, ensuring a comfortable and efficient workspace for its entrepreneurial community. The project was completed on time, demonstrating a seamless collaboration between all stakeholders.
This 8-month project exemplified the dedication to innovation and entrepreneurial spirit that defines the Guinness Enterprise Centre. It stands as a testament to the GEC’s commitment to supporting and empowering Ireland’s brightest minds.
