Mastertech worked closely with the Main Contractor and the location of works were on the Basement, Ground, First & Roof Levels.
- Mastertech Supplied and Installed a Daikin VRF Air Conditioning and Heat Recovery System. A total of 8no. Condensers were installed. These were piped to a total of 3 no. Systems consisting of 40no. Indoor AC Units. 5 no. Daikin Heat Recovery Units were supplied and installed to aid the VRF System in Heating & Cooling.
- 3no. Systemair DX Air Handling Units were Supplied and Installed by Mastertech for Heating & Cooling of Primary Air. Two of these were installed on the Roof Level on a Big Foot Frame, the other AHU was installed in the Basement Level.
- Mastertech Supplied & Installed all new Ventilation Ductwork, VCD’s, Grilles, Louvres and Fire Dampers.
- Supplied and Installed new Water Services Pipework to all Kitchen & Tea Station Sinks / Appliances. To provide Hot Water, Under sink Water Heaters were installed within cupboards.

- All new equipment installed was commissioned by our specialists, commissioning certs were compiled into a detailed Operation & Maintenance Manual ready for handover to the Client.
