Full Mechanical Package consisting of HVAC, Plumbing & BMS.
Mastertech worked closely with the Main Contractor (Mannings), the location of works were on the Ground, First & Roof Levels.
- Mastertech Supplied and Installed a Daikin VRF Air Conditioning
and Heat Recovery System. A total of 2no. Condensers were
installed, consisting of 13no. Indoor AC Units. 4no. Daikin Heat
Recovery Units were supplied and installed to aid the VRF System
in Heating & Cooling. - 2no. SystemAir Air Handling Units were Supplied and Installed by
Mastertech for Heating & Cooling of Primary Air. - Mastertech Supplied & Installed all new Ventilation Ductwork,
VCD’s, Grilles, Louvres and Fire Dampers.
- Mastertech Supplied and Installed new Water Services Pipework to
all Kitchen & Tea Station Sinks / Appliances. To provide Hot Water,
Under sink Water Heaters were installed within cupboards. - A new system of uPVC Soils & Waste Pipework was Supplied and
Installed by Mastertech. - All new equipment installed by Mastertech was commissioned by
our specialists, commissioning certs were compiled into a detailed
Operation & Maintenance Manual ready for Handover to the
Client.
