Mastertech is Currently Recruiting a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager

Key responsibilities are:

  • Reporting to the Contracts Manger/Operations Manager your key responsibilities are:
  • Position Overview: As the Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager for our mechanical contracting division, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining robust quality control processes to ensure the successful delivery of mechanical solutions that meet industry standards and client requirements. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and reliability of our mechanical systems through systematic quality assurance practices.
  • Key Responsibilities:  Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive Quality Management System tailored to mechanical projects.
  • Establish and enforce quality standards, procedures, and documentation specific to mechanical contracting.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing mechanical processes to optimize efficiency and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to implement best practices in mechanical systems.
  • Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures specific to mechanical installations and systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of mechanical installations to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Provide training to mechanical teams on quality standards, mechanical processes, and best practices.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on the quality performance of mechanical projects to management.
  • Stay current with industry regulations and standards related to mechanical systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance/quality control roles within the mechanical contracting industry in construction.
  • Degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong time management and communication skills are essential to this role as well as computer literacy and the ability to prepare reports and necessary paperwork.

Salary:

€37k – €65k depending on experience
