  • Key responsibilities are:
  • Reporting to the Operations Manger your key responsibilities are:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of mechanical and electrical engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Project Management: Oversee and coordinate mechanical and electrical engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineering, software development, and project management, to achieve project goals.
  • Design and Development: Lead the design and development of mechanical and electrical components, systems, and products, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize CAD software and other tools to create detailed design specifications and documentation.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation within the mechanical and electrical engineering team, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure the reliability and performance of mechanical systems and products.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation processes, addressing any issues or defects.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly with other engineering disciplines. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates, progress reports, and addressing any concerns.


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years plus in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong proficiency in BIM software and other relevant engineering tools.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.


€37k – €65k depending on experience
